Falling apart

It's crazy how things can fall apart and break so easily, glass, friendships, relationships, hearts.  You can't ever be prepared for how it will feel when things do fall apart, a deep ache so deeply embedded into your heart that it never really feels like it will go away.  That constant weight pushing you down, making you feel weak and helpless.
